Me and the wife started the Whole30 3 days ago. So far not doing to bad, craving sweets in the evenings it seems but holding strong

Quick question
Where is the sweet potato ranked in Paleo? To be avoided or can this be ate as a healthy paleo food? I've had some friends on paleo eat it in place of other "bad foods"

Just read this! My name is Paul.I am an addict. The sad thing is...I have done strict Paleo before and i know how good i felt...slipped off of the wagon and cannto seem to climb back on! It is drivin me nuts.I feel tired,cloudy,edgy,cranky and fat!! I need to get disciplined!! NOW!!

how were you able to do this before? Are there other issues related to good/bad dietary choices? Thyroid good, blood sugar ok, excess stress, depressed?
