Re: New WOD Recording Tool Just Launched

I just signed up for this yesterday. The site looks awesome and it will be an incredible way to track progress. Thanks for the great tool!

Re: New WOD Recording Tool Just Launched

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see HSPU subs/scaling like knees on a box or pike HSPU's?

Re: New WOD Recording Tool Just Launched

Just playing around for now.

Can it track how the WODs have been subbed? I went to the 12-3-08 Fran and couldn't see where to put that info, except for the notes.

Ie: I've been doing Frans with 65# thrusters and graviton assisted pullups (BW-70#).

Edited to add:
Found it! I retract my question.

New question:
Can we enter custom WODs?

Last night we did 10 rounds 30s on/30s rest of squats/pushups/knees to elbows
Due to an injury I had to sub a bunch. Can I enter/account for that WOD?

this is pretty friggin cool.

How do you track a "fail" on a lift?

Or something custom like "MU's" from ground?

Not yet. We are working on allowing non-WOD workouts to be recorded by members. Affiliate gyms can create their own custom WODs.

You enter the number of reps you completed (e.g. 4 instead of 5 or 0 instead of 1). Just make sure you put the attempted weight in the weight column

Let me know what Exercises you needed added that are missing. Affiliates can add custom exercises for their own gyms. I'll add Muscle-ups from ground right now

We have only put in the subs we use at our gym so far. I added these for you.

Re: New WOD Recording Tool Just Launched

could you maybe include a way so i dont have to convert everything from kg to lbs. also in the profile there are some measurements. could they be in cm and kg as well.

if you can arrange it that everybodys weights can be shown in lbs of kg that would make it easier to compare. with others.

Yeah, we're working on finishing that implementation.
