I did enjoy that Jim except it made me feel like a slacker for being on the computer instead of working out. Ross is a no-nonsense machine. Very inspiring.

That man is a powerhouse. I'm going to start incorporating his explosive, clap-behind-the-back pushups into any WODs that require pushups, maybe I'll just add them to my warmups. They seem like an awesome recruitment exercise.

What an amazing display of resourcefulness and conditioning.
