Zone diet good for busy day and school at night?

honestly i eat like s***. i have just started law school at night and i work during the day, by the time im done i am starving and just eat whatever i can get my hands on. heard about the zone just was wanting some info on it and maybe some sample days??? thanks

Law school AND work?! You're tough.

Calculating your zone blocks
Zone block chart (WFS)
Sample days, receipes etc (WFS)

It involves lots of weighing and measuring and eating 6x a day. If you haven't got time, best to just go Paleo. I'm in law school as well and find Paleo + IF more convenient to follow.
Laura Kurth: If the cookie is going to spawn a 48hour binge-fest where you clean out every dunkin donuts in a 30 mile radius, then maybe you shouldn't have the cookie.
