Oh, no doubt Lenora...there's a definite 'glow' evoking from someones who takes care of themself.

I'm also grateful to be self-motivated or rather CF-motivated! I actually lost all motivation before discovering CF.
It's funny because as I've gotten older I've become less motivated BUT not maintaining my health is not even a consideration.
That's the beauty of CF.
It takes you to these unimaginable levels you never thought you could achieve, but now your left w/ maintaining that level. Even on those days when I don't feel like practicing another hspu because I feel like I'll just never get there....I know that not to be true anymore. Cf has prooved to me if I want to do a mu that bad then I will do day. That's what keeps me going.
Amen! CF was the cure for my slack attack. The MU is the promised land. (cue angels singing & heavenly lighting)
