Annie Are you ok

I'm relatively new here, so I'm still learning. How many of each exercise do I do for Annie are you ok? And what are all the exercises?

Check out the FAQ up top in yellow link. It has all of the girls and hero named workouts in it as long as other useful information.

Re: Annie Are you ok

Get on the rower. Set the display to Calories. Start Rowing! When you hit 21 calories(for the first round) you are done, move on to the next exercise. Round 2, same but go until 15 calories, then round 3 = 9 calories..

Re: Annie Are you ok

Tabata "Annie are You OK?": 8 cycles of work for each exercise in which each cycle consists of 20 seconds of the exercise (eg. WB), followed by 10 seconds of rest. No break in between different exercises.

This is just as devastating as "Tabata Fight Gone Bad".
