I suppose imitiation is a sincere form of flattery, but when people start leeching pics from your site, then you must be doing something right!

Check this site (http://anabolic-systems.com/functional.html) and watch the pic rotation on the right of the page. Recognize anyone familiar??

I bet if you sign up for some personalized coaching, he'll give you some workouts with names like Fran, Linda, Grace, and Helen!

I don't remember ever seeing "copyright" on any CF photos on the main site. Maybe HQ should add that to the pics and/or get some kind of "watermark" to go over the picture so that this kind of stuff doesn't happen.

It's hilarious to have all those pictures of functional exercises, only to have that weird pic of the female doing a bodybuilding pose...

Copyright is implied on photos and other works such as articles. You can't just go using stuff from other peoples websites without their permission.

I guess there is no such thing as integrity in web designing. Even if there is no actual patent on the pictures, that I know of, it still looks like someone is lazy and does'nt want to do their own work in the process of web designing. But hey, it just shows that Crossfitters have a lot of clout on the good 'ol WWW.

Check out this other page from his site:
http://anabolic-systems.com/prison.html

Scroll down to see how to perform isolation exercises in prison without the aid of your local Nautilus.

I assume CF HQ will be sending them a polite cease and desist for the photos!

I mean how lazy can you get, if i want a photo of someone doing wallball i can walk outside and take it myself! He's ripped of an Ironmind photo as well.

Be careful! He might go all prison-gang on you for that. By the way, were those hamstring exercises or "compliance" techniques he was working on?
