So I went for this silly personal training certificate, which I disagree with much of what was taught, and passed. I also attendded CF Boston cert. and for the last two Saturdays I have gotten a couple of guys and one women to run a CF circut with me, something similiar to Fight Gone Bad, and have had great response to it, haven't killed anyone either. So, today the head trainer asked if I had my CF cert yet and if I passed the WITS CFT test, yes yes, I responded and much to my amazement, he wants me to run CF circuits at the gym and he will charge the members and pay me to do them. Talk about a progressive thinker. Now I just have to get him to buy the right equipment. The takeover is coming!!!!

Dolph,

Way to infiltrate! A workout like fight gone bad can be mesmerizing to watch, and really get people's interest. It begs you join in and compete. They will be lining up at the door in no time!

Good to see you're doing well.

Larry

Larry,
Many of those watching are the guys doing preacher curls and tricep extensions. It may take them a couple more workouts to get the idea. I think they fear the intensity and pain of what a true workout really is.

Joe,
As they say, the check is in the mail. It took some time to get the insurance all straightened out. So look for CrossFit Mercer in the near future. Located in central New Jersey.
Thanks
