I was waiting for a laptop to load some drivers and I thought I would see how far I could go down in my pistol before falling (I fell over a month ago when I last tried pistols). Well, Im proud to say that not only did I not fall, I was able to bust out a pistol on each side :Doc Holiday voice on: "I got one fer each of ya." :DH voice off:

so cool. i think the pistol is the hardest crossfit exercise there is.

i disagree, connie...i'd vote for the OHS. the pistol is the best party trick exercise, though.

HSPU or standing back flips. Maybe full squat back flip. Ok, I'm getting a little gymnasticky here.

It's a single-leg squat, with the other leg held out straight. It's not hard to do a one-legged squat - I can do them off the end of a picnic table all day - but the balance to hold that other leg out in front is very tricky.
