I teach a boot camp group ex class here at work. Here is todays, I tried it myself before I taught it, it gets your heartrate up nicely.

5 min. warmup (whatever)
(gradually across exercise floor)
*8x tuck jumps
*10x one leg pushups (5x each leg)
*8x jump squats
*10x face down dumbell rows
*8x turkish getups (4x each side)
-on the way back:
broad jumps with burpee until you reach starting point again

repeat for 5 rounds
