what are ab cramps and hello darlings?

what are tree stands?

In a "recent" WOD, Coach outlines the perils of the hindu squat.

Otherwise, definitely hellish

Hey what about mixing them up? Could be dangerous. Something like:

2 rounds - for time:

20 reg situps
20 reg squats
20 crunchs (though I like abmat sit ups better)
20 one leg squats each leg

etc.

Sorry I haven't been on for a few days.

1). Ab cramps are half crunchs with feet on ground.
2).Hello darlings, are something like flutter kicks. Except, you don't go up and down, you open your legs to the side like a pair of sissors. They are a four count exercise.
3). Tree stands are like inverted one leged squats. I use a 2 foot tree stump (you can use whatever). And put on foot up on the stum and then go up.
4). the reason for doing all the abs then squats is to get a burn.... I did it in under 13 min the other day. so I'm getting better
