Perfectly rounded day of nutrition

There is a very good chance that this has been discussed before, however I couldn't find much of anything on it using the search function.

That being said I thought it would be interesting to see what people thought would be a perfectly nutritionally rounded day. If you could plan and eat meals and snacks to get the widest range of nutrients/protein/carbs/fats. For example, a lot of the time I will eat broccolli for lunch, then again for dinner, I know this is a good choice for carbs, but if I had a lot of broccoli for lunch then a mixture of other veggies for breakfast and dinner I might get a better spectrum of nutrients. Same for protein, you wouldn't want to eat chicken at every meal (but maybe bacon), fish would be a good choice at least once.

So if you had an unlimited refrigerator that was fully stocked with everything imaginable, what would you eat in one day for the most well rounded nutrition.

Funny about 15 years ago my Scout Master was always talking about his ideal life style/diet that he'd do "some day"-

Every day, set a ton of fresh food out in the kitchen, all varieties of nuts, fruits, veggies, meats. When he was hungry, he would eat a little. Did I tell you he was a history teacher, esp pre-historic man?

He's retired now, I should ask him if he's attempted this setup.
