Mikey's Garage Gym

I just wanted to share my garage gym to you all. Just got the wall mount rack about 2 weeks ago. Slowly but surely I'm adding more to my garage gym. My wall mount rack is custom made. I made sure it was built to fit the Rogue dirty south bar in the middle. It also has the rogue rings on one side, the single pull up bar on the other side, a climbing rope and rogue wall ball target. I also have a 50' onnit 1.5" battle rope, an xtreme monkey plyo box, 10lb dynamax medicine ball, 10-25-45lb hi-temp rogue bumper plates, 10 & 20lb slam balls, concept 2 rower, leg press machine and other stuff I might have missed. There is a lot more room in my garage but I'm wanting to do some rearranging in the near future.

You have an awesome setup, Michael!! How high are your garage ceilings? I'd love to get a rig made up like that. There's a local guy who custom builds for Crossfitters.

Also, it that a disco ball on the storage rack....?

Michael

Re: Mikey's Garage Gym

Thanks! My ceiling is 10 ft. I need to raise the dirty south bar as I really misjudged the distance. The disco ball belongs to my wife. She wants to mount it but I think it's nutty.

Thanks. I'm trying to sell off the hyper extension roman chair for a GHD. My wife and I want it to keep it clean and simple.

My wife wants it in the middle of the ceiling and then point a laser at it. She's nutty but I love her.
