here is one for you: i want to start a crossfit oly lifting team......all masters....35 and older....we could be national champions for the masters divisions.....think about it......35 to 39, 40 to 49 and up.....grady mac, carla, tony, nicole, eva, eddie, lisa, lisa and mike ray....and a ton more.....i would send them workouts and we would go to masters national and masters worlds.....it would be a tribute to crossfit and the world of competition. the team is open meaning all age groups, but in all honesty i think the masters division would be a no brainer for a high level of success. thoughts and interest should be sent to me: mikeburgener@mac.com i spoke with coach re this and he thinks it is a good idea.

Just sent you an e-mail, I'm a far cry from 'master' in experience, ability, and age so... hopefully others will join up too.

This is an awesome idea and we are honored to be included on this list! We better start using Peak's Weightlifting Gym for more than just training our clients!
