How do you start your day...?

Didn't see anything like this so I figured I'd start one...how do you start your days, food wise.?

I'll go first.

1 cup mixed berries (blue/black/ras.)
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup raw spinach
5 whole omega 3 eggs
25g micellar casein protein
And enough water to top off the blender...then mix+chug. I try to mix it up every few days, but this is my standard.

Dump a bunch of blueberries into a bowl, cover with some type of cereal such as Kaishi Go Lean, fill bowl with milk.

Hard boiled egg.

Coffee

Non-paleo I know, looking at going to a bigger bowl of berries (mixed), a couple of eggs, and coffee.

4 eggs scrambled with some type of pork product (bacon, canadian bacon or chorizo usually). Sometimes saute in some spinach, chard or kale as well. Potatoes often get added in on weekends when I have more time.

Piece of fruit, usually a banana.

Fish oil capsules, ~2.5 g

Green tea, 1 cup brewed w/ two tea bags

Water, 1 pint

Four pieces of french toast, two pancakes, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs with cheese, grits, bacon, sausage and sourdough toast with butter all washed down with a giant glass of chocolate milk.

If I'm in a hurry: coffee (strong), dark chocolate Zone bar

If I have a minute: coffee, smoothie with 20 grams of whey protein, banana, strawberries, flax seeds, almond milk and ice.

Weekends: coffee, free range/Omega 3 egg omelette w/ broccoli and onions, salsa

BTW: I make lunch at least 2-3 times a week with wild salmon burger (cut from whole fillets) from Costco (they rule). A handful of berries and/or nuts and some water.

Four strips of uncured bacon and six eggs scrambled (cooked in the bacon grease, of course).

Except for this morning which was in the middle of my first 24-hour fast.

7 raw eggs, protien shake (to make the eggs drinkable) 2 pieces of fruit, 4 pieces of wrights better bacon.

Banana & blueberries w/ cottage cheese.
Walnuts
Water

This morning,
Banana
Walnuts
Leftover tuna noodle casserole
Water

6oz Grass Fed Beef
1cup Blueberries
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots

Typically- 2 cups of coffee with about 1/2 a cup of raw milk.
Green drink- kale, parsley, ginger, egg yolk, kefir, coconut oil blended together.

Once I get to work- coconut milk balls and/or coconut oil bars, apple, whatever meat I brought with me.
