GOMAD alternatives
Hi all,
Wondering if there are any reasonable alternatives to GOMAD that would produce the same affect. For example, eat a stick of butter (easob) or drink a cup of olive oil (dacooo), eat a pound of lard (eapol). Please ignore the acronyms but I was just curious. I'm not currently doing GOMAD nor have I done it but I've read from a number of posters that they've had difficulty stomaching the volume a gallon a day. So is there something else thats easy to get, cheap, calorie dense, lower volume? Thanks, Noah |

I think the beautiful thing about milk is it has carbs, protein, fat, and calories all in one. Butter, olive oil, and lard are unfortunately all fat.

Yep, progressively load your milk consumption. If I can do it at about 150 lbs with a relatively jumpy stomach, you can too.
