Re: How do you start your day...?

6 slices of turkey bacon
3 whole large eggs (scrambled)
polyphenols
2 tbsp almond butter

cut the bacon up and fry inpan then, once cooked, add scrambled eggs to pan and turn off heat. stir eggs until cooked. (sometimes I'll add hotsauce)

I add the polyphenols to 8 ounces of water

I eat the almond butter from the jar.

This never gets old. It's the only meal I can constantly eat and I always look foward to it.

Re: How do you start your day...?

Wake up as late as possible (that will still let me get to work on time). Constantly trying to become a morning workout person but...ugh. It's soo cold and dark in the winter. Maybe I"ll try again in the summer?

Anyway...

1. Big glass of water.
2. Sautee spinach or mix of green/red peppers and onions in 1 tbsp. butter
3. Add 2.5 free range eggs and hot sauce.
4. Pack in tupperware along with an apple or celery and some almond or cashew butter. If no butter, I do another piece of fruit and some regular almonds.
5. Eat at my desk.

**Really trying to work on getting up earlier to eat at home since I HATE eating at my desk. Sleep seems to win every time but I have a goal next week of maximizing sleep, so maybe I'll suddenly become Miss Mary Sunshine before 7 am You never know!

Re: How do you start your day...?

I'm always up early enough to make myself breakfast. It almost always includes:

3 eggs, scrambled, with a couple spoons of organic salsa in there.
3-4 strips of uncured bacon
~1cup of berries or whatever misc. fruit I have around
Chug a pint of water while I cook it.
Liquid orange-flavored Fish Oil for "dessert"

Re: How do you start your day...?

Usually 2 or 3 scrambled or hard boiled eggs. Little Chalula hot sauce

Bacon (because it's delicious)

Avocado with Salsa

Bananna

Coffee (because caffeine is awesome. period.)
