Crossfit biloxi beach!

Making a trip down for the next couple days and plan on joining you guys. Talked to Faye and was just wondering if there were any members on here.

yea man, i train there maybe once a week, havent been the past two weeks though, been busy, so ive just been training at the globo... The gym is pretty nice as far as crossfit gyms go, four rowers, some stands, decent pullup station, climbing ropes, good selection of kbells, plenty of bumpers, lots of med balls, plyo boxes, You know standard crossfit box fare. The trainers are great folks, their programming is usually a little bit longer which is good for me because my programming is usually shorter. I hope you like it, and maybe i'll be over there.

Hope to see you there at 4! Did fran yesterday and a little run. I want to give a shout out to faye and all the crew over there. AWESOME group of folks and nicer then you could imagine! Can't wait to get my butt kicked by them on the beach today. YAY VACATION!

i actually went yesterday and did Fran, came in right before 5, did the wod by myself, sucked at it, ha. 5:49. There were a few people standing around, when i got there, maybe you? hope you liked it.
