anyone have a solution for Rogue spotter arms missing plastic?

i asked rogue if i could purchase the piece of plastic for spotter arms as i have the all metal spotter arms before they added the plastic to the spotter arms for the 2x3 racks.

"David,

Unfortunately we are not able to send out separate pieces of plastic for spotter arms previously purchased. This is not something is kept on hand in free supply, and would not be compatible with your current spotter arms.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Terry"

does anyone know where i could purchase the hard plastic and attach them to my spotter arms?
my bars are getting killed from pin presses and the metal on metal is making the spotter arms rough to the point where if i touch them the metal is cutting my fingers.

Tap Plastics, Ridout Plastics.

I took a black leather belt, cut pieces to size & glued it with contact cement. One belt from a thrift store is enough for several squat racks.

I just made some for another poster here on the board after he contacted me. I have enough material to make one more set if you want. It is black uhmw, same stuff that is in the J-cups. PM me if you're interested.

I will get them on the site today so you can get them

You can either use HD 3M double side tape to put them on or drill/tap to get them on.

Thanks for pointing out an issue, we will get it fixed!

Bill

Bill - any reason why you don't offer a E-4 (4' Wall Mount in Econ or 4' Rig)?

Thanks

I used 1/8" rubber and contact cement, works great and cost about $2
