Numb thumb for 2 days

2 days ago, I deadlifted and reached a new PR.
Afterwards, the skin on my inner-thumb (where the fingerprint is), has been totally numb since. It is a wierd feeling, and irritates me that i continues.

How you guys ever felt anything like it?

Re: Numb thumb for 2 days

Haha yeah I know exactly what you mean. It's just from doing anything heavy with a hook grip- happens to me all the time with deads. Nothing to worry about it is the same type of callous you get on your palms. I even get brown thumbs sometimes. Nothing to worry- just a weird type of callous
