Todays WOD

New at CF, so may have some basic questions.

Todays WOD specifies 1 rep. Is that 1rep max or a percentage of body weight or what? Today is my first day I will be doing CF. I was doing the simplefit thing at L7 for several weeks. I plan on doing scaled WOD's for several months until the body adjust and learn the movements.

You're trying to find your 1rm for all 3 lifts.

Read the article.

Basically you're going to do warm up sets and then work up to as much weight as you can lift for 1 rep.
