Cheap and easy to assemble.
1 length of steel pipe 1 1/4 inch obtain free via a frien and two cambuckle load strapes ( rated to 180kg) from Big W for $15 pack of 4,so i still have two left over for another one.
Total assembly time = 1min give or take.

Not as well as you can on a fixed bar, (athought im still working on my kip anyway, will have to go to the nearby playground for that) but because its so close to the beam it has far less movement than other i have used (those at the last seminar know what i mean).
A fixed bar would be nice but i rent so i have to be able to take every thing down when my lease is up. Plus if i want a "fixed" hold i can just use the beam, which is what i was doing before i got the bar

That better not be a swiss ball on the left-hand side of the picture. ;-)
