blargh

Just had some mac 'n cheese and I gotta say if anything that's inspired me to clean up my diet. I feel so bloated and almost like I'm going to explode haha.

P.S. Sorry about the short post, I just needed to say it

Re: blargh

Yea when you change your diet to eating good whole food, and then eat purely carbs for a meal, it hits you big time. I know that I feel like crap two hours after having waffles with syrup, but it's worth it every once in a while.

If you throw a couple pounds of ground beef in it you've got SS food. Makes me feel less guilty.

Re: blargh

After making insane gains/losses, I too have been having an off week. A down week to say the least physically and mentally. My diet has been less than stellar and it is just further reinforcement to me about how a clean diet is vital. And how misleading 'popular eating' is. Yep, tastes great but my energy lately can only be described as a miasmic pit of despair. Meh.

'Caught diabetes' - Heh. And I was right there with you in the weird coma. Only after I was human+1 because of all the sugar. I swear at one point, if I turned my head to the left really quick, I could see into the future. That was pretty sweet.

Re: blargh

I have definitely contracted carb poisoning while on hols in the US! After not eating much (if any) bread, pasta etc for the past few months I had an "all bets are off" approach to food while on vacation - bagels, pasta, french toast. OMG - it tasted good but I do not feel good. Can't wait to get home and get clean!!
