Re: Lost it this week... zone schmone....

Wow I'm not the only one that's had a bad week! I was out of town for 5 days, which started the not-so-good eating and since I've been back it's been extremely challenging to get back into the Zone! I keep telling myself "tomorrow" but then find an excuse to eat non-Zone again. Thank goodness our affiliate is starting a "Zone challenge" to get us through the holidays because I need the motivation!

Tell no one - I tasted the rainbow (couple mini-bags. 'Fun' size right). My stomach, nearly in real time, let my brain know that move was fairly stupid, hoped my mouth enjoyed the sugary ride and signaled my bowels to hunker down, grab something solid and pray for daylight. Lesson learned.

This is also why I don't EVER EVER go to Taco Bell. Ever.

Has there ever been a study done to explore the correlation between those who identify strongly with this whole 'cheating' guilt trip thing, and a Roman Catholic upbringing?

Yes, i'm Catholic

No i feel no guilt unless it was a WHOLE packet of jelly beans....
