Help no access to rope for rope climbs.

And I have no band to help with pull ups. What can I do? I am hoping someone get a box going closer than 45 miles away soon.

Re: Help no access to rope for rope climbs.

If you can't do pullups yet, you probably shouldn't worry about the rope climbs, as the usual listed sub is towel pullups.

For the pullups themselves, you could do ring rows if you care about doing them in a MetCon setting. If you want to build pullup strength better, sets of ring rows or pullup negatives work well.
