Do the Reebok Crossfit T-shirts run small?

I ask because I applied to volunteer for the Regionals and I'll be getting a t-shirt for each day I work there and the shirt that I got for my L1 cert was a full size smaller than advertised. It's the dorky one with 'constantly varied high intensity functional training' on the front and 'increased work capacity over broad time and modal domains' on the back. It's a poly/cotton/rayon blend.
I'd hate to end up with 2 more shirts that I don't wear because they're too small...

I thought the shirts from the 2011 and 2012 Regionals fit fine through the waist and chest, but definitely a bit tight in the shoulders and arms.
For perspective - I'm 5'7" and roughly 175#, and I had ordered and received Large shirts, and I'm not "ripped" by any stretch of the imagination.

My XL definitely feels like a smedium. I'm about 230 lbs.

I have 2 reebok shirts and think both run pretty true. I normally buys med's and the reebok shirts I have both fit like most other meds I have.
