Since CrossFit, my knees have been constantly TIGHT (I've good ROM & flexibility prior to this)... lot's of jumping, burpees, thrusters, etc... I've started on glucosamine and going to start up the fish oil again. Any other suggestions?
Normally do lots of plyos, deads and squats with no problems, but now.... it's too tight to get a comple rom back in a quad stretch, or hold an extended squat position for a period of time (can't even kneel down for spotting comfortably)... no pain though, just extremely tight. Suggestions??? |

John,
massage your legs - quads, hamstrings, calves. You can find a short summary on how to massage at http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/27/14941.html. Good luck, and fast recovery, Christian |
