Giving up on Crossfit

Finally, I can forget all this nonsense of elite exercise and optimum nutrition! Now I can eat deep fried Mars bars and beer all day long while sitting on my butt and I'll still be 3 x as strong as the world's best athletes. Wooo Hooo!

There has been a lot of work in this arena recently. Assist suits will be a great help in a lot of arenas, but did you notice, he's introducing the HAL (2001)-3 from Cyberdyne (Terminator). Think he's trying to bank on public conciousness?

They have been building one at CAL Berkley for a while too.

This one is designed for troops to carry rucks of 200lbs or more and not get fatiuged. The thing runs on gasoline and a model airplane engine.

There is also a competition in the Silicon Valley that the object is to use a suit to lift a weight a specific distance (Robotic Powerlifting).
