Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Today I was doing the WOD from friday involving row plus bench and asked my girlfriend to come along to the gym.

She's been doing a lot of kettlebell strength work and running recently but she was quite happy to try the WOD and had a pretty good go at it.

Subbed a 35lb kettlebell for the high pulls first two rounds then a 25lb dumbell. She did pushups instead of bench and managed all 5 rounds of 15 up on her toes.

Looks like we can notch up another Aussie crossfitter!

Good work, Don! I'm planning on converting my girlfriend as well...she just doesn't know about it yet! *evil laugh*
