First Fran as Rx'd

Just learned to kip last week. Did Fran as Rx'd today. 23 minutes. I'm stoked. Especially since I only had 4 hours sleep after my first night back on night shift.

Re: First Fran as Rx'd

Way to go Ken. I also did my first Fran as Rx'd last night. At the time I thought I had done it as Rx'd once before, but in checking my previous times after the workout I found out last time I did it with 85# thrusters. How's that for not knowing I couldn't do it? And my time was 10:33, which was less than a minute slower than my 85# version of 9:40 last time. I'm stoked!

Fran is worse every time, and better. It doesn't have to be fun to be fun!

Re: First Fran as Rx'd

Congratulations! I haven't even worked up quite the guts for an Rx'd Fran yet.

Re: First Fran as Rx'd

Congrats on the rx'd Fran everyone. I also did my first rx'd Fran earlier this month, came in at 7:30. When I started cf about a year ago I would do Fran with 55 lbs and be sore for a week after the fact and when I did her as rx'd I wasn't even sore the next day.
