Got to the rings with about 45 secs to spare...waited a few then got stuck at the bottom of the dip. I was ****ed...but no biggie. I always miss the MU when I'm gassed. Probably a bit too heavy too - owell. I can do them, just not easy.

Tried to sprint on Sunday but...that didn't work. Tight quad. Did some handstand walks and ran a bit.
