Are there any "paleo eaters" out there who eat the same thing every day?

I am fond of routine, so yes.

Grassfed beef, brussels sprouts, broccoli, walnuts/almonds.

I eat the same thing at each meal within a day. I cook a big vat of food either the night before or in the morning, and that is what I eat for 5 meals for that day. The next day will be a different meat and usually a different veggie. Fruit and fats will vary slightly from meal to meal.

I work from home so this works well for me. This way, I only really have to measure once a day and I am close enough on my macronutrients and total calories. If I have to be on the road, I just throw a few portions in a thermos, and grab a few apples and some walnuts.

I don't eat the same meals every day but I probably eat the same 15/20 meals every week. I try something new every so often.

I develop eating patterns that are almost uniformly temporary in their duration. The only constant is change.

For me, breakfast stays the same.

Lunch is any of three types of fish and salad.

Dinner is where the variation comes in, both in types of meat and types of vegetables.

I would like to change my eating habits with the season, someday I will get to that.

My diet is dictated by sales on veggies and meat. If chicken is on sale, I buy 10 to 20 ibs and the same with veggies. I then freeze it all and cook up most of my food on Sunday. Yeah, it may seem boring to some, but I think of food as fuel rather than food as enjoyment.

Breakfast: (Canned Tuna or Eggs) and Carrots or 1 piece fruit

Lunch: Canned Tuna + Carrots/celery or Raw greens(Cabbage, romaine lettuce, kale)

Dinner: Chicken/Ground Beef/Pork and Boiled Greens

Snacks: Almond, walnut, pecan mix. I buy bag of these nuts mix them in a container and grab and go.

the two meals i have in the evening change each day.

Pretty much the standard paleo fare day in n day out with variety coming from varying combinations of foods and of course creative use of spices and herbs.

Fruit changes with the seasons. During the winter the only fruits I eat are green apples and bananas. Usually, but not always have a banana PWO. That is the only time.

Eat veggies like its my job:-)
