Bicep tenodesis & Olympic lifts
I am 8 weeks post bicep tenodesis, 47 years old and have been a cross fitting for 5 years. Shoulder feels good, I have almost all range of motion back and have started strengthening with bands. I am curious as to what I can expect at full recovery. Will cleans and snatches be limited? OHS and HSPU?
I understand that since the long head of the biceps is no longer attached to the labrum that I can expect decreased stability but am hopeful that by strengthening the rotator cuff muscles I can compensate. Thanks in advance |
