didn't want to hijack the weight gaining thread...
on the topic of creatine, i was going through the archives and was wondering about the storage of creatine that doesn't go to muscles,
"In the human body creatine is synthesized mainly in the liver by the use of parts from three different amino acids - arginine, glycine, and methionine. 95% of it is later stored in the skeletal muscles, with the rest in the brain, heart, and testes."- wikipedia.
is this dangerous (the amounts are small it seems)? this question was brought up in the archives and never answered.
also, it was mentioned (larry l. i believe) that it can be taken with tea or coffeee. i am assuming then, unlike whey, heat does not destroy it?
and finally, it seems that may crossfitter's are taking it in the morning on an empty stomach, instead of pwo. is this still the case? how long before the first meal?
