I have heard differing views regarding snacks before and after working out. Dr. Sears mentions eating a 1 Block Zone snack 30 mins before and 30 mins after workout, but some other experts say no snack before and some say no snacks at all. What is the general consensus here at CrossFit regarding workout snacks? Should I just be eating the daily 2 snacks or should I have more if I work out?
