The Pocket Hercules

I'm gonna try this out since it seems like the cool thing to do. I have been doing CF for about 2 years I'd guess. I usually train on my own, but occasionally go to an affiliate or invite people to work out with me at a globo.

I'm joining the Navy in April.

Some PR's:
Bench - 230x6
Squat - 320x6
Deadlift - 405x1
Clean - 215x1 (haven't maxed out in a while)
Clean and jerk - 185x1 (same)
Snatch - 145 (pathetic)
Pull ups - 59

Fran - 3:38
Grace - 4:08
Cindy - 34 rounds
Diane - 7:09

And today's workload:
Strength:
HBBS 255x5, 285x3, 320x6
RDL 3x10 (140, 165, 190)
Weightlifting:
Snatch 5x1 (95), 3x1 (115), 3x1 (95)
Conditioning:
Run 1 mile for time, and (sort of) immediately perform 10 unbroken bar muscle ups. (Mile time was 6:30)
Recovery Walk - 5:00
30 Unbroken dips.

34 rounds of Cindy!!!! Seems a little inflated for someone who 8 feet atll and well over 1200 pounds!

Im suspicious!

He also has a long way to go for a 2x bodyweight squat and a 2.5x bodyweight deadlift. C'mon man, I want to see a 2510# squat and a 3137.5# dead!

2013-01-22

15 minutes working on snatch technique w/ PVC and Bar

1. 5/3/1 Press 110x5, 125x3, 140x5

2A. 3x5 CG Bench (135, 155, 175)
2B. 3x8 Strict Pull Ups

3. 2x10 KB Push Press (45 lb KB)
*first set was double KB, second set was single armed
4A. 3x15 GHD Sit-ups
4B. 3x10 Box Jumps w/ 40# DBs (12"x1, 20"x2)

Didn't feel like doing a metcon really, but this supersets were "enough" conditioning.

Cleans - work up to 1RM of 215 (tied PR)

For time:
21 pull ups
2 stone to shoulder (90)
250m Row
15 pull ups
4 stone to shoulder (90)
250m Row
9 pull ups
6 stone to shoulder (90)
250m Row
