Rogue Do-Wins versus Nike Romaleo

I have the previous version of the Do-Wins and am looking at getting a back up pair of WL shoes. I've narrowed it down to the Romaleos and the new Do-Wins. I wear an 11.5 in most shoes but an 11 in the Do-Wins. How do the Romaleos fit and which of the two do you prefer? Thanks

Re: Rogue Do-Wins versus Nike Romaleo

Romaleos fit true to size and are a great overall shoe. I can only comment on those because I don't have Do-Wins and have never used them. You can't really go wrong with either product though. If you have the money, I'd say go ahead and splurge a little bit on the Romaleos - they are an investment. If you are on a bit tighter budget constraints then I'm sure the Do-Wins are a great product - especially if they carry the Rogue or Pendlay brand. Hope that helps.

Re: Rogue Do-Wins versus Nike Romaleo

I've had most pairs of WL shoes out there and by far, for me, the Rogue Do-Wins are my favorite. My primary reasoning though is the width of the shoes. I wear a 13 wide and the Do-Wins are noticeably wider than any other shoe I have tried. The Nike's are very very nice, but unfortunately they don't have much give up top, at least from my experience, thus I had to let them go. I upgraded from the 08 Do-Wins to the 2011's and I love them.
