Starting Over Bill's Log

I was unable to lift for about 6 weeks so now I am starting over.

Here are my goals to reach by years end:

Squat: 375lbs
Deadlift: 465lbs
Bench: 335 lbs
Press: 200 lbs
Clean and Jerk: 255 lbs
Snatch: 135 lbs
Pullups: 50
Run Mile in 5:30
Fran: Sub 3 mins
Cindy: 24 rounds

More Goals as they come.
