Cool Hello Crossfit World...

What's up everyone? I'm Nik and I'm new to the Crossfit community! I have been working out for the last two years and have had much success with it. I thought that I was in shape until we brought Crossfit to the gym that I work in and man was I wrong!! In the month that I have been doing it my strength, cardio and endurance have doubled.

I have been an athelte my entire life and never have I experienced anything like this. I tell everyone I meet about Crossfit and it's benefits. This was made for me and I believe in this 100%. I look forward to what Crossfit has to offer me personally and my clients! Hopefully some of our paths will cross during competitions or seminars... Take care and have a great weekend!!

Re: Hello Crossfit World...

Welcome to the community! I'm a 2 month newbie, and thought I was somewhat in shape. The biggest DOMS was my sore ego. CF is a new standard of fitness. You sound like you're doing great things with it.
