Body-only workouts?

Any ideas on some body-only exercises that could be done if you don't have ANY access to any real gym equipment? (Almost like a prison-cell workout, I guess...though, I'm NOT in prison....unless my job could be considered one)

Right off hand, I can think of the following:
1) Push-ups
2) Burpees
3) Air squats
4) Sit-ups
5) Tricep presses using a chair or other object to place either your feet or hands (or both) on.

Give a big thank you to Eva T for the creation, and George Mounce for the compilation:

Re: Body-only workouts?

Ummm...tricep press on a chair is not "body only." lol

Anyways, don't forget lunges...I think the 400m walking lunge WOD is the best leg workout I ever had.

Re: Body-only workouts?

Well I would suggest making a set of paralletes

http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=543&page=1

Also I would definitely check out www.bodyweightculture.com

They have tons of info!

Also beside doing pseudo planche PUs try Maltese PUs

http://xercisefactor.com/view_video....b46db8f10a7405

For abs try doing L-sits on floor or your paralletes.

Also handstand work!

Handstand hold on wall
Handstand hold freestand
Handstand hops
Handstand PUs on wall
Handstand PUs freestand
Handstand walks forward
Handstand walks back
Handstand walks side
Headstand to hand stand
Straddle to handstand
Pike to handstand

Hope this helps.
