I have been doing Crossfit as offday workouts for rugby, but dislocated my foot and am restricted to upper-body only for 8-12 weeks. Any recommendations??

Variation PUs will keep your core in shape (kipping, L, etc).

Josh,

Take a look at the Performance Menu forum where Jesse Woody is restricted to upper body work due to a snapped metatarsal in his foot.

Thanks. Just got MRI results--2 fractures in foot-4
weeks in cast and then walking boot.
