switching from day to night is no fun. and then the next few days it will be switched around again and then back again. ugh. did finally get good sleep today though, slept from 6am to 5pm and now i feel fantastic. sometimes sleep has to come before training.

Ran 4.5 miles yesterday after fasting for 16 hours. Big mistake. Lol.

Pretty sore today with DOMS. Supposed to be lifting right now, dont have the energy to get out of bed. Plan to finally order that pizza today since i didnt get around to it yesterday.

Nice job. Just ran 4.66 miles in 40 minutes (8:36 pace). Time to go home and pig out.

Nice. Whats your 1rm squat up to these days?

got good sleep. had good workout earlier this afternoon.

bench 5x5, 315

superset
machine rear delt flyes
machine chest flyes

dumbbell lateral raise

superset
dumbbell press
dumbbell hang power snatch

kroc rows, 100 dumbbell, max reps, 2 sets each side

superset
max pullups
max dips

superset
curls
pressdowns

run 2 miles


now i am on my way to san antonio to get some good eats and chillax

I haven't tested in a while, but I've been stuck at 315.
