wrist pain/weakness

On some of the WOD's such as the one a few days ago with the :

shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1
push pres 3-3-3-3-3
push jerk 5-5-5-5-5

I experience wrist pain. No carpel tunnel-like syndromes, just general pain, due to wrist weakness.
Also deadlifts; can't do very much, because I can't hold on to the bar around 220 lbs.

I've been crossfitting for about 6 months, and I haven't improved in that area any.

I think, as I've mentioned before, that my wrists and forearms are just too weak. So, what can I do to strengthen them?

More of the above.

The oly lifts, deadlifts, pull-ups, etc. are all pretty good at increasing wrist and forearm strength. If you can't do 220 then do what you can, eat right, and you'll see improvements. Rome wasn't built in a day, so don't push it and don't get discouraged if there are limiting factors.

I can deadlift 300 pounds with ****-poor form, and 250 with decent form. End result: I deadlift 250.

There will always be a limiting factor, so just work through it. Farmer's walks are also supposed to be great for grip, although I've never done them myself. For wrist flexibility, just work on the moves that give you problems, just as you would with grip. Front squats would probably be good to help you with that.

Sorry it's such a "durrrr" answer, but that's kinda the way it goes, in my experience.
The key to victory is discipline, and that means a well made bed.
