My Garage Gym Before and After

A few months back I posted some pictures of my Garage Gym Project. Now here I stand a few months later after a new project of changing the state of the garage and adding a few new toys/getting rid of a few old toys. So here are the before and after pics of my old Garage Gym and my New and Improved Garage Gym. I hope this helps for anyone looking to build in the future that wants some ideas.

Thanks a lot, it took me a lot longer than expected but was a fun project regardless. I am thinking I might give myself a completion present... thinking a new Rogue Black-Jack bearing bar and possibly some rogue coloured bumpers...the only downfall is that they are EXPENSIVE to ship to Canada.

Do you train athletes in here or is it just for you? I've got my level one and affiliation and I'm thinking about doing some training in a workshop type building behind a house I might rent.

I thought this thread closed, I had re-done it as a "log" of sorts here: http://www.board.crossfit.com/showth...=57552&page=17 (WFS) You can see the transformation of the gym from minimal equipment to maximum equipment.

To answer the question, I have been training athletes off and on in there (less in there now since I have been doing some training out of a Olympic Weightlifting Gym and have been working on my degree program). It is doable, it just requires a bit more thinking as to how to efficiently run multiple people in a small place. Any other questions don't hesitate to PM me. I am Always willing to help members of the community.
