So it's a power snatch, hang split snatch, hang split snatch (alt. feet), hang squat snatch, + 2 OHS. Looks cool.

I like the picture of the "rock bottom" position of the snatch, about 2 ft high.

Looks like a good warm up you can use. I have my players use the Burgner Warm up everyday. I think I will put this one in once a week as well. Thanks for the link

I was thinking the same thing, Greg... that that was a very poor "rock bottom" snatch/ohs.
