Re: Overhead Squats

Check out the following journal article titled The Overhead Squat written by coach.

It helped me massivley with my overhead squat and my should flexibity has already increased after doing those exercises just once.

I also find barefoot helps me improve my stability.

everyone has given great advice. i would also like to add that it takes some time to get your central nervous system ready to do OHS. Just take your time, get the proper form, and things will progress.
m/36/6'/285/bf 31.9% - old workout log , xfit workout log ,and hybrid workout log (WFS)
