Which is more beneficial cable flyes or incline dumbell flyes?

I think that you might want to snoop around the CrossFit site a bit more. Familiarize yourself with the philosophy and spirit of the site and the CrossFit community. You will find out that you won't get much of an answer to the type of question you have posed here other than something along the lines of "neither".

You may want to use some of the diet links from the home page as well. I noticed you asked a question about low-fat diets and bagels. You won't find much of a market for the low-fat diet approach here I'm afraid.

There are quite a few really good links on diet from the home page. Take some time to check them out. You may find yourself thinking in a whole new fashion. Good luck.

Dave, (what is it with Crossfit and Daves BTW)

I can safely tell you that a dumbell is great while a cable machine not great. Unless you wanna tie someone up of course...

Go to the What is Crossfit section of the site. Download the pdfs and immerse yourself with the Crossfit philosophy. If that is something that ignites some sparks, dont think about it, jump in!

Crossfit is about functional, compound exercises. No weird healt club isolation exercises. Its about endless variety through maximum inensity. Its goal and end result is the most complete and total fitness possible.

And simply because its so inclusive, its very succesfull in finding anyones weakness and make them choke on it until they overcome it! Just read...

Coachs words alone are enough to jump start your heartrate and get you in a WOD mood!
