Dallas area chiro or PT recommendation?
Anyone have a chiro or PT recommendation in the Dallas area? I've got a couple of nagging injuries (shoulder, hip) that I'd like treated. Saw a PT last week but he pushed the "never squat below parallel" and "overhead presses are evil" agenda heavily. I'm hoping to find someone more understanding/knowledgeable about training.
(North Dallas/Plano area preferred - but I'm willing to drive if there's someone good out there.) Thanks! John |

Re: Dallas area chiro or PT recommendation?
PT give Zoom Sports a call, 972-731-0055. They also have the best chiro in the metroplex that rents space from them. You can schedule with him on that same #
Kyle Brookehart is the PT, he trained under me (student) when I lived in Texas and understands crossfit principles. Wont tell you to stop @ 90 for sure. Sam Symmank is the chiro. Both are good choices. Any questions PM me. |
