Lost 40 lbs and 7% bodyfat
My name is Brandon (brick), I have been so happy with crossFit that I tell everyone around me. As I am sure we all do. I have lifted on and off for most of my life. I am 26, and even competed in powerlifting competitions about 3 years ago.
In April I was 220 lbs and 18% body Fat. By april I had already been working out for over a year but was only big, fat, and strong, no lungs. I started CrossFit in September and WOW.
I am Now down to 178 lbs and 11% body fat. I hope to stay somewhere between 9-11% and still add strength. My goal is to compete in the 2009 games.

Pull Ups: 30
