Name three things that, if you were to challenge anyone in the world in, you could at least win one.

for me:

1. weighted pull-up/bodyweight
2. ability to withstand heat and humidity
3. taking the SAT (old scoring)

what about everyone else? try to make at least one of them a physical feat, to keep it crossfit related...

1) I am getting close to one legged squats as long as Pierre isn't in the crowd ;)
2) Closing sales
3) Being the best dad to my two kids

BTW Great idea David. These were just off the top of my head. I am going to think about this some more.

heh, yeah, i wish i could claim it as my own design. i've seen it on forums elsewhere, although i don't know what the original source is.

i feel like the range of talent represented here is pretty astounding, so i thought i would get some interesting responses.

how depressing...if I have to compete against the entire world, there's nothing I'm the best at. If you ask the 3 things I'm proudest of (which removes the direct comparison with others), I'd say:

- 3 great kids and a lovely wife with 20th anniversary in January

- learning to play hockey as an adult

- being in better shape than probably 98% of the people my age

but forget about being the tops in anything!

1) 500 pound farmers carry followed by chopping (not splitting) a 15" Horizontal or standing log (species of the log doesn't matter). Timed of course. Could up the weight on the farmers carry to 600 with no problems. 700 would push the envelope.
2) poptart eating contest for speed not volume
3) Debate any issue

I was going to write about carrying my daughters, but I'm getting old and they're getting bigger.

All the best,
Arden
